The last time The Chalkies played at The Monkey Bar they ran out of red wine glasses and nearly red wine. It was a great night, so this one should not be missed.
The Chalkies are five local music teachers who love to play high energy trad, funk, and swing jazz music.
The band is led by Tim Billiards - Trumpet/ saxophone and vocals, Neill Ryan - Trombone, Andrew Brown - Drums, Matt Davis - Guitar, Greg Lange - Bass and Paul Dunn - Keys.
As well as for the Weekend of Jazz The Chalkies have recently jazzed and funkified audiences in Dubbo at The Big Band Bash, and the Dream Twilight Markets.
The Chalkies Make Monkey Business at the Monkey Bar will be held on Friday, November 13 from 7pm.
