A man has died after being injured in a motorcycle crash in western NSW last month.

About 2.45pm on Tuesday, September 8, a group of four motorcyclists was riding west on Wanaaring Road, about 80km east of Tibooburra, when he fell to the roadway after losing control of the motorcycle.
The 56-year-old man slid for 15 to 20m, sustaining head, back, eye and rib injuries.
He was taken to Tibooburra Hospital before being airlifted to Royal Adelaide Hospital.
About 3.40pm on Sunday the man died in Royal Adelaide Hospital.
Police from Barrier Local Area Command continue to investigate the incident and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
