Super Wednesday, featuring the transporter and driver parade, will kick off the Bathurst Bicentenary Race Festival celebrations tomorrow.
Both V8 Supercars drivers from each of the 27 teams will take part in the parade in a variety of sports cars.
The parade will start at 11.30am, making its way up William Street to Mount Panorama.
The celebrations will also include jumping castles, face-painting and children’s entertainment.
Race fans are invited to bring along their memorabilia and meet the drivers for the only official off-track signing session.
Two signing sessions will take place at Kings Parade – from noon-12.45pm and 1-1.45pm. Entry will be free.
The sold-out Legendary Moments Dinner on Thursday will give motorsport enthusiasts a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to listen to legends Greg Murphy and Garry Rogers as they relive memorable moments at Mount Panorama.
The sold-out Bathurst Bicentenary Gala Ball will be held under a giant marquee on Russell Street on Friday, showcasing regionally sourced food, wine and entertainment.
The Saturday Street Fair will have an extended running time of noon until 8pm and will feature 2015 Toyota Star Maker winner Mickey Pye, The Voice contestant Cath Adams, Lueth Ajak and Matt Boylan Smith.
The alcohol-free, family-focused fair will feature market and food stalls, show rides, jumping castles, face-painting and a demonstration by Big Air School BMX.
The third instalment of Illuminate Bathurst will start at dusk, featuring motor racing-themed projections that will transform the city’s historic buildings.
Illuminate Bathurst will continue from dusk each night until Sunday, October 18. A free community barbecue will be held on the final night.
