THE Grahame Priest and Warren McLennan Memorial Charity Day last Sunday was a fantastic fundraising day of social tennis and socialising at Muller Park with more than 40 people attending throughout the day.

This annual event raises funds for Camp Quality Western Region and more than $2600 was raised this year.
Camp Quality representative Anne Bassett spoke during the afternoon tea on how the funds benefit local kids and their families. The competition prizes were also drawn and winners will be contacted shortly.
A big thank you is extended to the Daily Liberal, Sue Bailey Orana Quilting, Tom Toohey Financial Planning, MLC, CommSec, Perpetual, CommInsure, Brian Gibbons, Robyn Rawlinson, Chau Barrett, Tennis NSW, Snares Newsagency, Westside Hotel, West Dubbo IGA, Big on Style Fashions, Bunnings, Sportsmans Warehouse, Elders Insurance Dubbo, Commonwealth Bank, and Readings Cinemas Dubbo who supported through sponsorship or donations for our competition. This generous support ensures the success of the annual charity day event.
Thank you to all the club members who assisted on and before the day and everyone who came along and supported Camp Quality through their participation.
Sunday will be the second-last round of the Tom Toohey Monthly Tournaments.
All members still have a chance to improve their score before the final round in November. Don't forget to put your clocks forward for daylight saving.
The following Sunday, October 11, is the Mixed Championships and members are reminded to make sure they have their nominations in.
