The incidents are alleged to have taken place in a half-hour period from just after 4am on September 22.
Police will allege the 33-year-old used a rock or a piece of concrete to strike the door of the Walgett Post office three times, causing it to shatter, before he went to a Wee Waa Street motel and used a plastic chair to smash the windows of two rooms.
It will also be alleged he approached a police vehicle attached to the PCYC that was parked outside the front of the police station, striking the driver's side window, causing a small chip.
He is accused of then using a rock or piece of concrete to strike the front glass door of the Walgett Police Station, cracking it.
A spokesperson for Castlereagh Local Area Command said the man was arrested in Gray Park and taken to Walgett Police Station. He said the man was also wanted in relation to a break-and-enter at Kelso and was subsequently charged with that.
He was also charged with malicious damage in relation to the Walgett incidents and was refused bail ahead of an appearance in Bathurst Local Court on November 2.
