With gates opening at 5.30pm, attendees will be able to enjoy a prime selection of gourmet food and tantalising wine.
With catering being done by Two Doors, craft stalls, musical performances and espresso from Matilda Lou, there will certainly be something for everyone.
Old Dubbo Gaol events manager Ruann Van Der Wath said the night would be a perfect opportunity for after-work drinks, or a social night out with family and friends.
“The atmosphere will be very relaxed - a perfect opportunity to listen to live music and chill out,” he said.
Mr Van Der Wath said staff at the Old Dubbo Gaol had wanted to do an event like this for a long time, and if successful he hopes it can be an annual event.
“This is our first Wine and Nourishment, and we’re hoping to get as many as 300 people attend,” he said.
Mr Van Der Wath said while seating will be available, he encouraged people to bring their own chairs and picnic rugs.
“We’ll have lanterns and fairy lights as well, so those mixed in with the live music, stalls and food and wine will create a premium experience bringing all the elements together,” he said.
Two Doors owner Alison Reaburn said she had planned a range of gourmet food.
“We’ll also be selling yummy dessert like rocky road, which I’m sure families and those coming for a social night out, will absolutely love,” she said.
Ms Reaburn said the food will be priced accordingly, and will start as little as $6.
“It’ll be simple food that’s real yummy,” she said. Admission is free and all ages are welcome to attend. Gates will open at 5.30pm and will close at 10pm.
