The social bonanza will be held on Saturday, September 26 in the village’s community hall from 11.30am.
The Orana Gardens residents have placed a $10 entry fee on the event, with all proceeds going to facility upgrades.
Last year saw more than 200 of the residents’ friends and family attend the big day, which they hope to match this year.
Orana Gardens social committee members Faye Selwood and Noeleen Finegan said they were expecting big things from the extravaganza.
The ladies have joined forces with Rockmans at Orana Mall, who will be showcasing their garments for the upcoming season in the Fashion Parade.
Along with the parade, the other component of the big day will be the Spring Fair.
The social committee ladies promised the popular trading table would make its return, with an assortment of baked goods and crafty items up for sale.
Entertainment will also be provided with a special appearance from the Orana Gardens’ Village People, which was promised to be an event not to be missed.
The spirited social committee members said the annual Spring Fair and Fashion Parade was not the only occasion where the Orana Gardens residents kicked up their heels.
“We celebrate a number of big events, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas Day and Melbourne Cup to name a few,” Mrs Selwood said. The fun kicks off at 11.30am. Don’t miss out.
