The Roos have the chance to record a very impressive treble and bring all three premierships back to Dubbo and Dubbo Junior Rugby president Tony Holman said it was a special weekend for the club.
"I don't know the last time any club had representatives in all three grand finals," he said.
"It would be nice for all three to win but we've told them there can be only one winner and if it turns out to be the other team they've still done their best but I don't think there's ever been a time in the Central West when one club has all three trophies."
The day will begin with the under-13 clash between the young Blue Roos and Orange City.
Dubbo have been a powerhouse this season and were victorious in the three previous encounters between the teams, most recently in the major semi-final, giving them the mental advantage heading into the clash.
"If there's a favourite in any it's the under-13s," Holman said.
"They've been undefeated all year and they've only had 17 points scored against them.
"You'd have to say they're red-hot favourites."
The only side to come close to being as dominant as the under-13s in 2015 is Dubbo's under-15s side.
The Blue Roos have only lost once this season and that came just weeks ago in the major semi-final when they were defeated by Saturday's opponents, Orange City.
"They turned it around at Wellington last week and they've been the form team," Holman said.
"They've got three NSW Country players in their team so that's a good indication of how they have performed this season."
The day will come to a close with what is shaping as a thrilling match, the 17s decider between Dubbo and Wellington.
The Roos have been hugely impressive last season but it appears there is one man standing between them and premiership glory.
Kotoni Staggs has been a star for Wellington this season in both rugby union and rugby league and almost single-handedly got his team into the final when he scored 24 of his side's points during last week's 29-20 win over Orange City.
"It will depend on how they turn up on the day," Holman said of the Roos.
"They've had a couple of losses but they're playing well at the right time of the year but it might all depend on Wellington."
With a host of players representing Central West, Western and even NSW Country, 2015 has been one to remember for Dubbo junior rugby.
The club had more than 300 players registered, making it the most popular club outside of the metro areas with a younger, development side also playing in each grade this season.
"Even our Reds (development) teams have done well and we're in line to mirror this year's results next year with them coming through," Holman said.
