CHRISTINE Horder and her team of beauty therapists at Ella Bache Dubbo were thrilled to be named the 2015 Franchisee of the Year, beating more than 200 other franchises across the country.

The ladies were presented the prestigious award at the 2015 Ella Award ceremony held on August 22 in Sydney.
While the salon has been in business for 11 years under the guidance of Christine, she said she could not entirely take the credit for the award.
"It's a team effort," she said.
The Ella Bache team were also pleased to have two of their own, Kim Burrell and Sheridan Wiatkowski, nominated for the Beauty Therapist of The Year.
"Being able to attend the award ceremony really boosts the staff and lets them be rewarded for their success," she said.
"I'm rather proud of everyone's efforts this year," Christine said.
Along with carrying the Ella Bache Brand, Christine said the salon team had shown outstanding performance and customer service to their clients in the region.
She said her team had shown a strong sense of consistency when dealing with a client's experience in the salon.
The Ella Bache salon operates with a high number of retail sales as well as beauty treatments, she said.
"To win the Franchisee of the Year award is a true testament to the wonderful people I have working with me," she said.
