Ms Mullen will outline the work being done by the White Ribbon Foundation to raise awareness of domestic violence among young people and what can be done to stop it.
White Ribbon is the world's largest male-driven organisation formed to end violence against women.
The campaign works through primary prevention initiatives involving awareness raising and education, and programs with youth, schools, and workplaces across the community.
Chamber president Matt Wright urges people to show their support for the White Ribbon campaign by attending the event, learning about the programs and spreading the message.
"Domestic violence is a major issue, with recent figures showing the number of incidences occurring in the western area to be well above the state average and it is an issue we, as a community, must address," he said.
"All women have their rights to live in safety, free from all forms of men's violence, whether it be physical, or mentally and emotionally abusive."
The Women in Business lunch will be held at the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club with members of the public invited to attend and show their support for this important issue.
