You can help Dubbo Jazz celebrate its 25th year of jazz in Dubbo with a FREE weekend of jazz in various venues from Friday, August 7, to Sunday, August 9.
Taronga Western Plains Zoo is excited to host two 'Jazz Jam' pop ups over the Dubbo Jazz festival weekend, featuring performances from the Honey Drippin Mudskippers with Eed Earth Ukes on Saturday from 1pm and the Macquarie River Mudflappers on Sunday from 10am.
These talented bands will perform their best arrangements to get the crowd toe tapping and hand clapping all whilst overlooking the beautiful Savannah Lake and Primate Islands.
You can pair your love for jazz with a great lunch or brunch with some 'Jazz Jam' specials at Bakhita's cafe.
Including cheese and wine platters or sandwich and wine platters on Saturday, 10 per cent off the Bakhita's menu for a Sunday Brunch and don't forget the classic $7.50 coffee and mud cake deal!
Jazz Jam pop ups at the Zoo are free events.
Please book ahead for cheese, wine and sandwich platters.
For more information or to make a booking for the event please contact Dan Wilson: dwilson@zoo. nsw.gov.au or 6881 1400.
