The winners will gather at the Church Street Rotunda at 11.30am with city and Chamber officials for the iconic reveal before moving to the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club for a celebratory luncheon.
Special tribute will be paid to the late Joe Snare, one of Dubbo's most respected businessmen and winner of the inaugural Jean Emile Serisier Award, which recognises the outstanding contribution of local business people to the community.
Dubbo Chamber of Commerce president Matt Wright said the luncheon was a great way to bring a wealth of business knowledge together as well as reunite the business leaders who drove Dubbo's growth to become the city it was today.
"There will certainly be a wealth of knowledge in the room and I'm sure we will all learn a lot from such a group of successful and highly esteemed business people," Mr Wright said.
"The contribution of both our Gold winners and Jean Emile Serisier Award recipients to the city's growth and development over the years cannot be underestimated. I am thrilled we are again recognising that as part of the 20th anniversary of the Rhinos.
"The Rhino awards continue to attract strong entries from the next generation of business people, who are following in the footsteps of their peers and building a strong city for the future."
Nominations for the 2015 Rhino Awards close on Friday, August 7.
The winners will be announced at a gala function at the RSL Club on Friday, October 23.
