Her husband, Lian Bin "Robert" Xie, has pleaded not guilty to the murders of Mrs Lin's brother, Min Lin, 45, Mr Lin's wife Yun Li "Lily" Lin, 44, their sons Henry, 12, and Terry, 9, and Mrs Lin's sister, Yun Bin "Irene" Yin, 39, in their North Epping home in July 2009.
Mrs Lin told the NSW Supreme Court that, during 2010 and 2011 interviews with the NSW Crime Commission, who were assisting the NSW Police investigation into the Lin family killings, she was made to feel like a criminal.
"My concern is they arrest me and charge me any time," she told the 15-person jury on Wednesday.
"I don't know what they would charge me with ... they would just charge me.
"My husband and I are victims."
She said she continues to hold that fear.
Mrs Lin, who is assisted by an interpreter in court, said that, before a recorded interview with the commission in September 2011, she was offered a "deal" by one of the investigators.
"He took me with my solicitor ... sitting in a small room ... they want to make a deal with me, an offer or something," she said.
Defence barrister Graham Turnbull, SC, asked Mrs Lin if she knew what kind of offer it was.
"Not charging me, or something, I can't remember what was exactly said."
The Crown case is that Mr Xie was partly motivated by a bitterness towards the Lin family and that the killings were "a pre-planned and deliberately executed crime of bitterness".
The court has heard that the Lin family were killed by a combination of blunt force trauma inflicted by a "hammer-like object" and asphyxiation carried out with a ligature or bar.
The trial continues before Justice Elizabeth Fullerton.
