The event is being organised by the Lions Clubs of Tooraweenah and Dubbo Macquarie and Grapevine Cafe chef Sontash Gc to help Nepal rebuild and recover after a series of devastating earthquakes.
"Individuals and businesses have been extremely gracious in donating goods for the auction to be conducted by Luke Whan from Elders," fundraising co-ordinator Narelle Rodway said.
"There will be something for everyone, from small items to the large and exciting.
"We have garden furniture and ornaments, paintings by well-known locals and artists from far afield, limited edition leather-bound books, wine, car service vouchers, caps, shirts and much more.
"We hope a firm or group will bid for a dinner to be held at Grapevine Cafe for 30 to 50 people.
"The cafe will open especially for the occasion which would suit an end of year Christmas celebration.
"Tooraweenah Lions members have volunteered to be wait staff for the night."
The auction will be held from 6 to 9pm. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased from the Grapevine Cafe or at the door.
Light refreshments will be served.
