Drawing in votes from fans, Peacocke trumped other nominees Chris Lilley, Craig McLachlan, Josh Thomas and Luke Arnold for the silver gong.
Although he missed the action at the awards ceremony in Melbourne, Peacocke appeared content to be based in London in between filming for an upcoming television series, Me Before You.
Donning a suit for a satellite appearance to accept the newest addition to his trophy collection, Peacocke made sure to thank his supporters.
He said he was particularly grateful to those who took a chance on him with a few small plays in Sydney, before he got his break on Home and Away as Darryl 'Brax' Braxton in February, 2011.
Peacocke said his award was "completely unexpected", before showing his country larrikin humour adding "no it's not actually they told me I was going to win, that's why I'm here".
While he was also nominated for the Gold Logie for Most Popular Personality on Television, Peacocke, along with fellow nominees Andy Lee, Hamish Blake, Asher Keddie and Scott Cam, could not compete with the crowned winner, Carrie Bickmore.
Peacocke was awarded his first Logie for Best New Male Talent in 2012 and took out the Most Popular Male Talent Logie in 2013.
