Just after midnight Sunday, officers stopped a Mitsubishi Lancer on John Street at Coonabarabran.
The driver, a 38-year-old man, returned a negative breath test but a search of a female passenger allegedly turned up amphetamines.
Officers then searched the vehicle where they found and seized more than $209,000 in cash.
The man, who is believed to be a member of the Lone Wolf Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, was arrested and taken to Coonabarabran Police Station where he was charged with goods in custody ahead of a court appearance in Dubbo.
