Mark Fitzgerald, 38, is currently wanted on a warrant for contravening an Apprehended Violence Order.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, with a medium build, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
Police said he was known to frequent the Bathurst, Eglinton and Mudgee areas.
Anyone who sees Fitzgerald is urged not to approach him, but contact police by calling triple-0.
