The childcare centre, which caters for children from nought to five years of age, was awarded the highest level of achievement in three out of the seven categories.
The centre was awarded impressive standards in the remaining four categories.
Dubbo Early Learning Centre approved provider Matt Stapleton, said he was thrilled with the results.
He said the centre had received the top marks in the programming and early years learning framework category, along with health and hygiene, and management.
“This was our first assessment since we opened, so we’re all pretty impressed with what we’ve achieved,” Mr Stapleton said.
With about 100 children enrolled in the centre, Mr Stapleton said he and his 28 staff members worked towards building strong relationships with both the children and their parents.
