The Baby Bulls - also a provisional squad - will head to Wollongong to start their preparations for the 2015 NSW Country Colts Championships, which they head into as defending premiers.
The under 20 side won the Rowlands Cup in a canter last year and despite losing countless players from the 2014 squad, Mudgee’s trio of coaches in Scott Hatch, Andrew Laurie and Ivan Giammarco have named a blockbuster unit for this weekend’s trials.
The majority of the squad comes from Bathurst Bulldogs and Parkes Boars, but as usual CSU Bathurst has also contributed some valuable talent.
In particular, Orange Emus’ newest recruit Jake Roberts is set to shine after a huge pre-season for the greens.
