CYMS and Rugby currently occupy the top two spots but the minor premiership is still up for grabs with the Cougars taking on South Dubbo and Rugby meeting Macquarie.
Much like the Whitney Cup, the Rugby-Macquarie match in the Pinnington Cup will also have a big influence on the finals.
Macquarie are currently clinging to third place but they're less than 10 points in front of the chasing RSL-Colts, Souths and Newtown.
If Rugby are to defeat Macquarie this round then the Blues' season is over and one of the other three sides will claim third spot.
The in-form Colts look the best placed of any side to take advantage if Macquarie do lose.
Colts, coming off a win over CYMS, meet bottom-placed Newtown and will fancy their chances of another victory.
Souths appear to be facing a challenge to keep their season alive with a match against the Cougars

In Kelly Cup things are much more clear with only one position still uncertain.
The top five go through to the finals and the sides currently in those positions have a strong lead over the rest of the competition.
But if sixth-placed CYMS win their final two matches, starting this weekend against Macquarie, and Newtown Black lose both then the Cougars could sneak into fifth.
Competition leaders Newtown Gold have an eight-point lead over second placed Rugby and only a drop in form would see them miss out on the minor premiership.
South Dubbo and RSL-Colts occupy third and fourth placed respectively.
Other matches this weekend include Rugby against Souths, RSL-Colts versus Newtown Gold and Newtown Black meeting bottom of the ladder RSL-Colts Youth Development (YD).
