Jumping from barrier 15, Nestor quickly moved Tuliman ($11.00) to the rail where he rested at the back of the field for the opening 1400 metres.
With 300m to go, the four-year-old took control, slicing between Chrokee Warrior and Basic Model at the top of the home straight before rounding up Orrstar in the final stages to produce a come-from-behind win and top off a remarkable ride by Kody Nestor.
The Neil Osborne-trained Orrstar ($21.00, Megan Taylor) hit the lead briefly but was forced to settle for second behind the flying Tuliman.
The win made it two on the trot for the in-form galloper who scored a Maiden Plate win at Dubbo on February 8, also with Kody Nestor onboard.
Laugharne ($17.00, John Kissick), trained by Brian Young, filled the minor placings and completed a rich trifecta.
The win landed jockey Nestor a winning double at the venue after scoring upon Martha Mary, trained by Wanda Ings from Hawkesbury, which produced a massive upset in the Newhaven Market Maiden Plate over 1200 metres.
Nestor steered the four-year-old mare to the rails after jumping from barrier four where she sat comfortably before breaking from the leaders on the home straight.
Short-priced favourite Burradoo ($2.30, Mathew Cahill) made a late charge but Martha Mary held on for a gutsy win at odds of $31.00.
Anthony Cavallo matched Nestor's efforts on Sunday with a winning double to share the top jockey honours.
