Daniel Craig Flick failed to appear before the court in December on two charges of never licensed person driving.
The 30-year-old Dubbo man was brought before a magistrate this month on fresh charges of aggravated break, enter and commit serious indictable offence in company, enter inclosed land without lawful excuse and having goods in custody suspected of being stolen.
There were no pleas entered on his behalf to the fresh charges and there was no application for bail.
The matters were adjourned until March 18, with Flick remanded in custody.
The defence said Flick accepted the findings of guilt for the driving offences made in his absence in the previous month.
He had no capacity to pay a fine and had troubling times recently, with his mother's ill health, his lawyer submitted.
For driving while disqualified on November 26, when he was stopped by police in Darling Street, he was fined $600 and disqualified for three months. For driving while disqualified on December 11, when he was detected in Gipps Street, Flick was fined $900 and disqualified for nine months.
