Nathaniel Thorne-Coates is scheduled to face a magistrate again next month after the Crown successfully sought an adjournment.
The 23-year-old is accused of aggravated break and enters at Narromine churches and businesses, and destroying a waste depot building by fire causing an estimated $100,000 damage.
Last month the court heard a case conference had been productive and the Crown sought a further adjournment for ongoing negotiations.
This month the Crown submitted that after negotiations, a report had to be done for the Crown prosecutor and asked for a further four weeks. Magistrate Greg Grogin adjourned the matter until February 18. There was no application for bail for Thorne-Coates, who had been excused from attending, and bail was formally refused.
The 23-year-old from Narromine is yet to enter pleas to 10 charges of aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence in company, two charges of aggravated break and enter with intent in company and single charges of aggravated enter dwelling with intent in company and use fire to destroy property in company.
Thorne-Coates and a 17-year-old youth were arrested when police executed a search warrant on September 24.
