The Dubbo Christian School student has many achievements under her belt so far, with a bright future ahead of her.
Described as an "outstanding young citizen," Grace was acknowledged for her continuous dedication to serving the Dubbo community.
Having been told of her nomination last week, Grace said she was very humbled to have been considered.
With the Higher School Certificate in her sights later this year, Grace said she hoped to find direction towards her dream job of working in the Australian Defense Force.
"I'm currently a Corporal in the Australian Air Force cadets, but I just completed my Sergeant training," Grace said.
The bright young mind has represented the city as a member of the Dubbo City Youth Council, the National Outward Bound youth leadership summit in Canberra as well as a Rotary Exchange student in Te Amamutu in New Zealand in 2013.
She is also currently serving as a Global Volunteer Youth Ambassador.
Making the most of her time in Dubbo, Grace said she hoped to lead by example to the Dubbo youth by setting an achievable benchmark for others.
Having braved the Kokoda Track in 2014, the young ambassador said she wanted to encourage others to take the opportunities presented to them.
"Be people of adventure and take risks," Grace said.
