He has just returned from Japan as a medallist in an international competition, but for Tracserv workshop foreman Martin Lawson, it's back to work as usual.

Mr Lawson, and his Brisbane team-mate Jazzmer Ducao, won second place out of 31 in the 2014 World Technical Skills Grand Prix.
The five-day competition, which this year ran from November 17 to 21, tested the skills and knowledge of technicians from across the world.
"You have to do a theory test and then you get 40 minutes to fix the truck. Then time's up and you think you did crap, but you find out that everyone else did crap as well," Mr Lawson said.
Mr Lawson was surprised to discover he did better than expected, finishing nine points behind the UK which took out first place.
The team from Spain was awarded third, while Japan came in fourth.
It was Mr Lawson's second and final time at the Grand Prix.
"I'm ruled out now so I can't go back. Once you're on the podium you're done," he said.
Before making it to the international competition, Mr Lawson competed at the Australian National Technical Skills Competition, where he also placed second.
From there, Mr Lawson and Mr Ducao were paired together to take on the Grand Prix and spent two separate weeks training in Melbourne with their coach.
"We studied past year exams and really researched the type of truck they were going to use - they give you the specs - to make sure we knew everything about it."
