Many artists develop and mature with a memory of some kind of mentor - a school teacher, an older artist or even just a family member. Jolanta Gallagher had this in mind when she helped set up the Creative Communities Project, one of the main initiatives to come out of the National Arts Summit, held in Canberra in February 2013.
