It was a simple black suit and hot pink tie that won Todd Randall the title of best dressed male in Dubbo's Hot 100.

As the name suggests, the competition features photos of 100 people from Derby Day.
The best dressed male and female, as chosen by the public, were awarded a $100 voucher from Prestige Jewellers in Macquarie Street.
The prize and title were completely unexpected for Mr Randall.
"I forgot my photo had been taken. Someone saw it on Facebook and then someone else said they had voted for me. I showed my sister and my mum and I think they shared it with a few friends," he said.
"It's pure luck. I consider myself a lucky person but I didn't think I was this lucky."
He received the highest number of votes, but Mr Randall said there was nothing exceptional about what he wore to Derby Day.
"I've worn the suit to my mum's wedding, my school formal and for two years at the races," he said.
Mr Randall was undecided about what he would spend his voucher on, but with Christmas coming up said he would most likely spend half on his mother or sister.
"I'm not really a jewellery person but I guess that's about to change," he said.
He said he could spend all afternoon looking at the jewellery he could by with his voucher.
