A MAN facing drug and firearm charges is continuing with Supreme Court action over the validity of a police search warrant.

Paul Kenneth Rowley, 47, is facing drug and firearm charges in Dubbo Local Court.
He is alleged to have possessed an unauthorised firearm, supplied cannabis, possessed cannabis and dealt in property suspected to be the proceeds of crime.
Police say the offences occurred in Dubbo between 3pm and 6pm on May 7 when Rowley was allegedly in possession of an air rifle, $550 in cash and a quantity of cannabis.
Rowley has questioned the legality of the search warrant executed by police.
The Legal Aid Commission told Magistrate Andrew Eckhold the matter was still before the Supreme Court, with defence submissions scheduled to be filed on November 10.
Magistrate Eckhold adjourned the charges to November 19.
