An emergency call about a motorbike and car accident was made around 12.30pm.
Ambulance and police officers responded to the call.
A male was treated at the scene by paramadics before being transported to hospital.
NSW Fire and Rescue personnel from Dubbo Fire Station were first to the scene, and rendered first aid until paramedics arrived a short time later and treated the man.
