Announced on Saturday at the annual gala dinner in Melbourne Town Hall, the Australian Franchise of the Year Award recognises superior guest service standards, business performance along with the franchise's excellent demonstration of company values across the Quest network.
Quest Dubbo property manager Steve Hornby said he was "over the moon" when the award was announced.
"It's such a nice feeling to know we were recognised out of 150 franchises across the country," Mr Hornby said.
"I was fortunate enough to be there at the announcement with the two franchisees of Quest Dubbo."
Mr Hornby said he was extremely pleased to see the hard work of staff members rewarded.
He said Quest Dubbo had "fantastic numbers" during the past 12 months, with a 50 per cent increase recorded in guest numbers.
"The number of people coming in and out the door has been phenomenal."
