The Service centre on the corner of Bultje and Macquarie Streets recently celebrated the first birthday of Service NSW.
Paul Sutton Centre Dubbo manager said it's been a year of improvements.
"We have seen a lot of migration into digital and our concierge service have allowed for shorter waiting times and service times," he said.
"Customers only have to wait an average of five minutes to be served and service takes an average of five minutes.
"So you can be in and out in 10 minutes."
Dubbo Service Centre is one of 18 service centres across the state providing 800 government transactions including drivers and boating licenses, vehicle registrations, seniors card applicatons, owner builder permits and housing payments.
Mr Sutton wanted to remind people Service NSW also provide seniors cards: "A lot of people don't know where to go for seniors cards, we can order them here."
The Service Centre has been involved in a number of community events, such as Seniors Forums and the NAIDOC Family Fun Day.
Mr Sutton said his passionate, customer-focused staffed are to thank for the Service Centre's success.
"I'm working with a team of superstars who are incredibly committed to helping people, especially those doing it tough," he said.
"Their energy and focus on the customer is awesome.
"We are looking forward to being involved with other charities and events in the future."
The Centre's opening hours are 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturday.
