Such an achievement is "unprecedented", according to Dubbo RSL club president John Millar.
The distinguished title is awarded to the club with the greatest contribution to its community and members.
The award is reflective of the RSL's heavy involvement with Anzac traditions and ideals, Mr Millar said.
"It demonstrates how we look after veterans and the community as a whole," he said.
"It is paramount that we still serve and support our veterans."
RSL promotions manager Rebecca Zaia said the club was determined to keep the memory of the Diggers alive among all ages.
"We try to get the younger generation involved so we don't lose that Anzac spirit," she said.
"I'd be a shame if we lost that."
Ms Zaia added the club supported the community and charity organisations in a variety of ways and each year donated more than $60,000 to the community in various forms.
RSL staff also have the option to donate one dollar from each pay to a nominated charity.
More than $26,000 has been raised by employees through this initiative across five years.
Ms Zaia said this scheme displayed the Anzac spirit clearly present among RSL employees.
"All of our staff have values in line with our Anzac ideals and have a strong sense of community," she said.
The club as a whole is very proud of such an outstanding attainment, Dubbo RSL general manager, Gus Lico, said.
"To be recognised among our peers is a great achievement and a credit to all involved," he said.
