The clinic is a custom-built semi-trailer, which is the best of the area, Western NSW Local Health District Clinical Director of Oral Health Services Peter Kramer, said.
"This is the schmickest mobile dental clinic in NSW and probably Queensland," he said.
"It provides a valuable service for anyone who uses it."
The free service features two fully-equipped dental surgeries, a sterilisation room, reception area and wheelchair lifter.
The million-dollar investment was funded by the federal government as part of the Closing the Gap strategy.
Friendly and experienced NSW Health staff will run the clinic in rural Western NSW towns where such facilities do not exist.
"There is just no way currently to access dental services from those areas, as not everyone comes to Dubbo" said Jenny Floyd Director of Oral Health for the Western NSW LHD.
"Dental services will still face barriers if we can't get out to the community."
Mr Kramer said LHD planned to develop the clinic as a gift that keeps on giving.
"We would like to allow CSU dental students to work in the facilities, as they are the perspective employers," he said.
"It also gives them a bit of incentive to stay rural."
