The event will be held at Toongi Hall in Dubbo this Saturday to fundraise for the Williams family.
Four-year-old Elsie Williams was diagnosed with Tay Sachs when she was 12 months old and her family are fundraising this weekend to help afford a new specialised stroller worth $7500.
Tay Sachs is a rare, degenerative condition that destroys nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord.
Elsie has the skills of a three-month-old baby and suffers from constant infections and seizures.
Her meals are ingested via gastronomy tube.
She is one of two children in Australia with Tay Sachs and her mum, Michelle Towers believes Elsie is the oldest in the world with the condition.
"My princess has exceeded all expectations. We were told we wouldn't have her at four and she turned four in April this year and she is still relatively healthy all things considered," Ms Towers said.
She said Elsie's last stroller was purchased when she was 18 months old and now that she's outgrown it, a new stroller is needed as it is not only Elsie's main form of transport, but allows her to go for walks and join in at birthday parties.
Money for the stroller is also being raised through a Father's Day Raffle.
First prize in the raffle, which will be drawn on Saturday, is 'Dad's dog house'- a kennel and dog accessories- while runner-up prizes include car detailing, a car service and a men's pamper pack.
Tickets are available at Sainsbury Automotive, Browning Auto Care, Homemart and Orana Mall.
Ms Towers said so far$600 has already been raised from the raffle tickets.
She said she has been overwhelmed by the support the community have already shown her family.
