Doors open at 3.30pm and the all-ages show starts at 4.30pm.
Tickets are $10 for members, $15 for non-members and $5 for under-15s.
John Allen facilitator of the group said the money raised would go towards assisting patients that need to travel for treatment and work towards funding hospital equipment.
He said he was very shocked when Dubbo RSL promotions manager Anne Mills proposed the idea.
"I thought it was great that someone would do that for our group," Mr Allen said.
"It will be great to get some awareness of the group and the disease."
Many acknowledge ARIA award-winning Mr Blundell as the act that single-handedly got the younger demographic into country music.
He was approached to perform for the Father's Day show and was more than happy.
Ms Mills said the RSL is always willing to assist the community and the show supports a fantastic group.
"We want people to support the event- it's a great cause."
"Being prostate awareness month (in September) and Father's Day we thought it would be a great opportunity to host the event and raise some money for the Dubbo Prostate Cancer Support Group."
"The Prostate Cancer Support Group set up an (information) stand downstairs every year, but this is the first year we have run the event too."
Mr Allen said he hopes to fill the theatrette and urges people to get tickets early for what "should be a great night."
Tickets can be purchased at the RSL website.
