Ambulance officers responded to a two car accident at the Dubbo Base Hospital roundabout on Myall Street at 7.43am.
One vehicle had rolled over.
One of the patients was treated for a cut to the head while the other was treated for chest pains.
Both were taken to the Dubbo Base Hospital in a stable condition.
Ambulance services then responded to the report of a truck colliding with a tree on the Newell Highway in Gilgandra at about 9.50am.
It was reported a 56-year-old man was trapped by his legs. He was freed from his vehicle by 10.30am.
He received minor injuries and was taken to the Gilgandra District Hospital and Community Health Centre in a stable condition.
