The Roos will clash with Orange City in first, second and third grade while tomorrow's colts match will be fought out between City and Bathurst Bulldogs.
Orange City, minor premiers in all grades except first, will be keen to seal an unprecedented quadruple of grand final places but the Roos' home ground advantage will be something they are sure to use to their advantage.
Dubbo Roos' first grade coach Paul Hennock said having all three senior grades in action together would be a big boost for the morale of each team.
"It's big for us, it's a shame colts can't be there but we know City will be using their sides as motivation so it will be interesting to see how the battle goes all day, I'm really looking forward to it," he said.
After the colts match, Dean Matthews will lead his third grade side into battle against the Lions.
The Roos finished the year in second spot after only losing three games all year but face a stern test against a City side which has incredibly only conceded 41 points during the regular season.
Second grade coaches Vince Gordon and Gerald Webster will also have their hands full during their match against a City side which has only lost once in 2014.
Despite the challenge, the Roos will fancy their chances with Gordon and Webster possessing one of the most dangerous attacks in the competition.
Many of the Roos players pent time in first grade and the intensity at that level is sure to have them well prepared for what is expected to be a bruising encounter.
The likes of Simon Murphy, Reuben Williams and DJ O'Shea will be key figures while young scrumhalf Brad Collins and Gersbach brothers Matt and Mitch could shine after missing out on spots in first grade.
In Sunday's minor-semi final action, the Dubbo Roos will kickoff the day at Endeavour Park in Ornage with their colts match against the Parkes Boars.
The day's main match, between Orange Emus and Bathurst Bulldogs, kicks off at 3.15pm.
