DAVID O'Brien and Mark Parkinson took out the American Foursomes event contested by the RSL golfers last Sunday.
The pair finished with a gross score of 81 (nett 69) to finished just in front of Errol Toomey and Peter Collins (gross 83, nett 70).
Toomey and Collins got some consolation by taking out the foursomes championship with a nett score of 137-1/4.
Nearest to pin prizes were won by Steve Iverach (26th, 200cm), Ed Haylock (26th, 174cm), Mick Andrews (26th, 500cm), Clayton Collins (5th, 352cm), Bruce Simpson (8th, 275cm) and Craig Arieson (23rd, 76cm).
Anthony Dodd and Tim Iverach shared the Bradman award while ball comp winners were Lindsay Mitchell, Jake Sharrock, John Swan, Craig Arieson, George Dunn and Ian Edmunds.
This weekend players will take part in the Peak Hill Open, with a bus departing the Macquarie Inn at 6.30am, the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club at 6.45am and the Dubbo Golf Club at 7am.
The following weekend will be the monthly medal and then a presentation at the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club.
Starters for that event will be Dudley Beetson, Dave McGrath and Peter Gleeson while the event will be sponsored by Bruce Simpson and Steve Iverach.
