Almost all of the 250 bunches of daffodils were sold only a few hours into the day and merchandise flew off the tables.
Genelle Reid of the Cancer Dubbo Support Group said she expected the stalls would make about $2000 to $3000.
"We're going really well, the day has been a very successful day for a great cause," she said.
Robin Payne Cancer Council NSW advocate and facilitator of the Dubbo Aboriginal Cancer Support Group said the success of the day can be credited to cancers unfortunate wide coverage.
"Cancer doesn't discriminate, it affects young and old," she said.
"We're here to support a good cause, cancer support is always brilliant."
Cancer Dubbo Support Group and Dubbo Aboriginal Support Group are two of the many support groups offered.
