About 20 past and present choir members attended the lunch including founding members Di Clifford and Rhondda Lunney.
Ms Clifford said the day was an excellent opportunity to catch up with everyone.
"It was a really successful social event," she said.
"It was really good to see ex members and renew acquaintances with them."
The "almost accidental choir" formed at the request of the Dubbo Choristers for a one-off support performance.
They enjoyed the show so much they decided to continue on and The Palmer Street Singers is now the only fully a'cappella choir in Dubbo.
The choir covers a wide range of songs, including gospel, new and old, jazz, celtic, hymms and Irish numbers.
People are always welcome to become choir members, said Ms Clifford: "We're always looking for people to join The Palmer Street Singers- it would be nice to have a few more basses."
The Palmer Street Singers perform regularly and practice every Wednesday.
