Officers accompanied by a sniffer dog descended on the Alcheringa Street house about 1.45pm yesterday.
They spoke with the occupants of the house who are helping police with their inquiries.
Police were following through on a promise made by Detective Sergeant Mark Meredith on Tuesday that more search warrants would be executed as part of Strike Force Salco, which was set up in March.
Yesterday's search came hot on the heels of raids in Hunter Street on Tuesday and Elizabeth Street last week that turned up illegal drugs and cash.
Earlier this week Detective-Sergeant Meredith revealed surveillance had been carried out on certain people and places and it would continue as part of the strike force.
Members of the public had also provided valuable tip-offs which had been taken very seriously, he said, and he encouraged others to come forward with any information they believed could help police with their enquiries.
More doors would be knocked on, Detective-Sergeant Meredith said, and it was not just Dubbo residents who could expect a visit from the police.
"Obviously there have been a number of search warrants executed in Dubbo, but it (the operation) will not just be localised to the city, we will be looking at the (entire) command," he said.
