THE rain on Friday and Saturday morning made the latest round of junior soccer action an entertaining one as local youngsters battled the elements as well as their opponents.
Puddles and muddy jerseys were the order of the day as the hugely popular Dubbo and District Junior Soccer competition continued.
Despite the wet there was still plenty of top quality matches and talented performances as teams continued to push their case in the lead-up to the finals.
