A 14-year-old Dubbo girl has been arrested after she allegedly stole several articles of clothing from a Macquarie Street store.

Police found her a short distance from the store on Sunday and a search of her allegedly turned up clothes from the store.
The search also turned up a mobile phone police will allege was stolen from a motor vehicle in Dubbo on July 23.
The girl was charged with larceny (stealing) and two counts of goods in custody reasonably suspected of being stolen or otherwise unlawfully obtained.
She was granted conditional bail to appear at Dubbo Children’s Court on August 25.
