Wellington Police helped by the dog unit swooped on the Pierce Street residence on Thursday night following a tip-off from the public related to the suspected supply of prohibited drugs.
It followed a period of surveillance and it will be alleged several people were found to be in possession of prohibited drugs after being stopped and searched when they left the location.
Officers detained a 24-year-old woman, two 29-year-old men and a 27-year old man.
Police seized a substance they believe to be the amphetamine 'ice'.
Several items of suspected stolen property were also seized, along with $17000 cash.
Enquiries are continuing.
"This result has only been achievable through the community and police working together and I encourage anyone with information about any illegal activity to contact police," Wellington Police Sergeant Stephen Thompson said.
The four will appear in court at a later date.
