DUBBO: Rugby Union - The Blowes Clothing Cup leading Dubbo Kangaroos return home for a match against the Parkes Boars. The Roos suffered only thier second loss of the season last weekend when they were comprehensively beaten by the Orange Emus and will be keen for a win to maintain their push for the minor premiership. First grade kicks off at 3.15pm.
DUBBO: Rugby Union - The Graincorp Cup home and away season comes to a close with a bumper local derby at Caltex Park. The Rhinos Gold team meets Rhinos Black in a match which could have a big influence on the way the final table looks.
DUBBO: Netball - Rawson Homes Premiership action continues with round nine at the Nita McGrath courts. Dominant A Grade leaders St Collegians enjoy the bye this weekend while Apollo Illusion meet Apollo Phoenix at 1.30pm and Apollo Zircons play Fusion at 3.30pm.
DUBBO: Hockey - The Dubbo Blue Hays will still be clinging to some hope of qualifying for the Premier League Hockey finals but Saturday will be must-win for Graeme Waters' side when they run out against Lithgow Zig Zag. The game starts at 3.30pm at Pioneer Park.
DUBBO: Rugby League - The biggest match of Group 11 season has arrived as CYMS meet Macquarie in a huge local derby. The match is always a fiercely competitive one but there is extra interest this weekend with former Macquarie captain-coach John Grey going up against his old side barely two months after walking out on the Raiders. A huge crowd is expected and this is one not to miss. The action begins at 11.30am with the under-18 while first grade is set for a 2.30pm kickoff.
DUBBO: Harness Racing - Pacing action returns to Dubbo Showground with a six-race meeting on Sunday afternoon. A host of Dubbo trainers will go up against the best from around the region with the first race at 1.13pm and the last at 4.14pm
DUBBO: Monday, July 21 - RACING: Dubbo Turf Club will host a seven-race meeting on Monday afternoon with action on the track starting at 1.17pm with the running of the Kim Carolan Maiden Handicap. the feature race of the day is the Silver Goblet run over 1120m at 3.37pm, featuring the likes of trainers Brett Thompson, Peter Nestor and Max Crockett
DUBBO: Monday, July 21 - Australian Decorative and Fine Arts Society Presents: England's Country Houses. The Wesley Hall | Church St | 6:30pm | $20 for visitors.
