Located on Hennesey Road in South Dubbo, shareholder and local representative Peter Parish said there will be nothing else like it in town.
"We've been planning for so long and I can't believe we've finally got there," Mr Parish said.
"It will be a very unique development."
With stage one of the project just starting, there is still a long way to go according to Mr Parish.
There will be 223 individual lots in total in the estate, which will vary in size.
Ranging from 4000 square metres to 660 square metres, Mr Parish said Macquarie View will cater for those looking for larger lifestyle blocks as well as smaller suburban areas.
"We've got big plans for the landscaping design," Mr Parish said.
"In the end we will have over 24 varieties of trees throughout the estate, along with eight or so types of plants and shrubs."

"There has also been a pedestrian walkway and cycle track included in the plans," he said.
"We have been able to turn this dream into a reality with the help of Leigh Hartog from J.K Williams who have a large experience in earth moving projects," Mr Parish said.
Despite the reported rental crisis in Dubbo, Mr Parish said he hopes the construction of the estate will encourage an up-market residential development instead of a series of leases.
"We've had this vision for a long time," Mr Parish said.
"We've found the right location and we want the project to be unique."
Raine and Horne, Ray White and Whalan's are the three local agents listed to control the property sales.
Matthew Rendell from Whalan and Co said he is very excited to see the completion of the project.
"The variety in block sizes is sensational," Mr Rendell said.
"You don't tend to see one acre blocks in town."
"A lot of thought has gone into the presentation of the estate," Mr Rendell said.
"Even the entrance to Macquarie View will be a sight."
