A MAN accused of being involved in the supply of a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug is making charge representations to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Matthew Robert Merritt, 29, is yet to enter pleas to nine drug and firearm charges.
He is one of five men arrested after a police strike force investigation into the alleged distribution of the illicit designer drug methcathinone, also known as Alpha PVP.
Merritt is on remand in jail and did not wish to appear on the Dubbo Local Court video screen when the matter was brought before Magistrate Andrew Eckhold this week.
The Aboriginal Legal Service said representations were being filed with the Crown prosecution.
Magistrate Eckhold adjourned the charges to July 17 for committal or plea.
Merritt did not apply for bail.
Co-accused Steven Jamie Bell, 27, is facing four drug supply and firearm charges.
He is on remand in Parklea Correctional Centre.
Dale James Agnew, 36, is being held in Goulburn Correctional Centre on a drug supply charge.
Bell and Agnew will return to Dubbo court on Wednesday.
Christopher Asimus, 28, is on remand at Wellington Correctional Centre.
He has been committed for sentence in Dubbo District Court after pleading guilty to a strictly indictable drug supply charge.
He will be arraigned on June 20.
Troy Asimus, 25, was committed to Dubbo District Court for sentence after entering guilty pleas to firearm charges.
He was sentenced to three years and three months (with a non-parole period of 20 months) for possessing three or more firearms.
A four year and two month term of imprisonment was imposed for a charge of supplying a prohibited firearm.
A non-parole period of two years and two months was set.
