With their sights set on raising a targeted $50,000 to donate to the Kids Cancer Research Trust and Breast Cancer Australia, the duo are well on track to reaching their goal.
They have raised $5000 of donations in just three weeks of driving.
The Tuckeys hit the road on March 18 from Boorowa in a tractor donated by local doctor David Morris.
The veteran fundraiser said this is his fourth journey around the country.
Throughout the past 17 years, Ken has walked camels across the Simpson Desert and Sydney Harbour Bridge, ridden 21,000 kilometres around the country on a motorbike and a further 16,000 kilometres on an ATV Quad bike.
"We're expecting to finish up October this year," Mr Tuckey said.
"We're covering some ground in Queensland before returning to NSW then down to Victoria and across South Australia to Western Australia."
"We're doing it all," he said.
Ken said he will be returning to Dubbo in a few months time.
