On Sunday night, about 9.50pm, police received information a number of young people were inside a vacant house in O'Donnell Street in West Dubbo.
Inside the house, police allege they located three teenagers, aged 14, hiding in the kitchen cupboards.
All three were arrested, taken to Dubbo Police Station and charged with trespassing, hindering a police investigation and resisting arrest.
Two of the teens were refused bail by the Dubbo Children's Court. All three will reappear in Dubbo Children's Court later this month.
Early Thursday morning, about 1am, four teens, aged between 13 and 15 years old are alleged to have entered the secure car park of a Dubbo Motel and attempted to gain entry to at least eight motor vehicles, allegedly stealing a GPS unit from one.
Dubbo Police arrested and charged the four teens with entering land with the intent to commit an indictable offence and steal from a motor vehicle.
Two of those had their bail refused, with the remaining two released on conditional bail. All four will appear in Dubbo Children's Court in late April.
Police have issued a warning about the importance of locking vehicles and removing valuables when the vehicle is unattended.
