Five members of the Caldwell Cup-winning Central West Blue Bulls squad will line up for the clash with the Gorillas, led by NSW Country hooker Peter Nau.
Blue Bulls prop Enock To'Ohofe, centre Filisione Pauta, back-rower Brad Pugh and fullback Scott Burgess will also be in the side, with Burgess expected to attract plenty of attention as he lines up against his former club for the first time.
Pugh will form part of a lethal back row with Sam Renneberg and Shaun McHugh, the former skipper who will play for the first time since undergoing back surgery just prior to the 2012 grand final.
A sign of the depth within the club this year is the calibre of players who will line up in second grade, including prop Peter Graham, hooker Ned Williams, second-rowers James Skuthorp and James Elliott, and half James Dodd.
"Our former coach Gus McDonald has laid the platform for his replacement Paul Hennock and developed a really strong bond within the playing group," Roos president Graeme Board said.
"Paul brings some fresh ideas. He's been working closely with our coaching staff, Scotty Vaughan, Vince Gordon and Gerald Webster to harness the talent we have and blend in newcomers like 'Burgo' and 'Nocks'.
"We have the talent and some depth that has probably been lacking in recent years so we're very positive we can challenge Orange City's domination this year.
"Narromine always come to play. They're a proud club who've achieved some great results over the past decade."
The two teams will be doing battle for the Glenn Browning Shield, continuing a tradition which was started last season.
